Supplied as concentrated product, Fernox HP-EG has been designed to extend the longevity of heat pump systems by protecting against corrosion and limescale. The solution will also protect against freezing at temperatures from -10C to -33C.

performance, quality product at an affordable price point. With one 20L drum treating up to 80 litres,
Fernox HP-EG offers lower viscosity than propylene glycol-based products, which means this product demands less energy to pump the heat transfer fluid around the system.
Compatible with all metals and materials commonly found in heat pump systems and available in 20L, 205L and 1000L containers, Fernox HP-EG has been specially designed with excellent buffering to maintain the optimum system pH in mixed metal systems.
Greg Banham UK & Ireland Sales Director at Fernox said: “We pride ourselves on providing installers with products that meet the changing demands of the industry. The appetite for renewable heating systems is higher than ever – largely driven by the recent changes to Part
L coupled with the increasing concern regarding energy prices. As pioneers of chemical water treatment, Fernox continues to develop its range to ensure installers are equipped with the solutions to treat any system.
“We are delighted to further extend our renewables collection with the launch of the HP-EG as a quality alternative to propylene glycol-based solutions, that offers installers high performance at a competitive price.”
