Westbury FM offers comprehensive Planned and Rapid Response Facilities Management Services, including carpentry, M&E, plumbing, signage, drainage, roofing, glazing, void property repairs, pest-proofing, groundworks, waste removal, fire door installation, building-works, gutter-repairs, office fit- outs, painting, decorating, locksmith, and specialist cleaning. A highly trained team ensure brilliant, consistent results for commercial premises, inside and out.


The technical drainage team are part of the emergency service and deals with emergency and immediate drainage issues, complete excavations, designs, rebuilds, and groundworks for all drainage system types. Maintenance plans include grease management, descaling, CCTV surveys and tanker surveys to keep drainage systems running cost-effectively and safely.


Roofing


Industrial and commercial roofing systems and maintenance. Emergency repair and planned maintenance/improvements. Slate, tiled, pitched, flat roofs, reinforced liquid roof membranes, chimney repair, pointing, cladding, fascias and soffits. Compliant with relevant building regulations.
