AIRDRI EXPANDS AIR PURIFIER RANGE TO SUPPORT
CORONAVIRUS RECOVERY Airdri Ltd, a designer and manufacturer of hand dryers, has extended its range of Air Purifiers, following the COVID-19 outbreak.
Following the launch of its washroom purifier earlier this year, the hygiene equipment specialist has added two additional models to its range to provide infection control in a wider range of public and private settings.
Each unit provides the most advanced virus and bacteria control technology of its kind. It kills 98.11% of surface and airborne bacteria, including the coronavirus family, 24/7, 365 days a year.
The new Air Purifier PMA unit is suitable for larger areas of continuous occupation, such as open plan offices, large work areas and shops. It can cover an area of up to 80m2

GREEN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT TACKLES
GERMS IN UK SCHOOLS Celebrating its 10th year in trading, Green Facilities Management Ltd, London’s one-stop cleaning shop, is working on an initiative to provide schools and charities with its innovative Anti-Viral Door Push Pads, assisting in the fight against COVID-19.
Door handles are the largest touch points in an educational setting and the average door in a school is home to 40,000 harmful germs per square inch. But while hand washing is still vital during, and after, the pandemic, it’s a startling statistic that 66% of school children don’t use soap to clean their hands, making it difficult to prevent contamination.
However, Green Facilities Management Ltd’s solution is completely free for schools and charities across the UK. Which couldn’t come at a better time as many schools prepare for a

reopening challenge in September, with many currently coping with social distancing rules.
Green Facilities Management Ltd’s Anti- Viral Door Push Pad will help to stop the spread of germs by killing 99.9% of bacteria that comes in to contact with it. Treated with antimicrobial coating to kill unwanted microbes, this product will provide long-term protection and greatly reduce reinfection rates, allowing parents, teachers and students to feel safer.
By providing schools and charities with Anti-Viral Door Push Pads, Green Facilities Management Ltd is taking an active part in stopping the spread of coronavirus and preventing a second wave. No hidden costs, no hidden agenda, just a focus on health and safety, and a faster return to a more normal life.

“Of course, the washroom has always been a priority when it comes to hygiene which is why we launched our washroom purifier earlier this year. But in today’s world, it’s important to protect staff and visitors in other areas too so we have expanded our range of air purifiers to reflect this. We now have units to suit a range of settings beyond the washroom, from offices and medical surgeries to care homes, restaurants and bars.”
