DOSING EQUIPMENT SPONSORED BY: HYDRO SYSTEMS EUROPE LEADING THE WAY

Hydro Systems Europe explain to us why they believe that they are leading the trend of innovation in the chemical dosing sector, as they tell us about their range of dispensing equipment.

Hydro Systems Europe is the European subsidiary of the world’s largest independent manufacturer of dilution and dosing systems for concentrated chemicals, Hydro Systems. We focus on finding more economical and user-friendly ways to dispense chemicals in a controlled, safe and environmentally friendly manner. We stock a comprehensive range of chemical dispensing and dosing equipment for supply to our customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Hydro is committed to offering industry-leading solutions, designed to make life easier for our customers and positively impact their operations. We have one of the largest and most experienced engineering teams in the industry and for 30 years have continually invested in product development and extensive industry consultation. Large and small – we have worked with a range of customers to develop products which are tailored to meet their specific applications.

From refrigerated grocery cases, to automatic carwashes, or any applications in between, Hydro Systems’ versatile chemical dispensing equipment offers the widest dilution range and flow rates to accommodate any requirement.

Hydro’s Laundry & Warewash brand of peristaltic chemical dispensing equipment has been the choice of market leaders for laundry dispensing systems since 1988. This year sees the launch of EvoClean, a low maintenance, venturi-based water- powered laundry unit which, unlike competitor offerings, doesn’t require tube replacement. It’s our first laundry dispensing system to feature our patented AccuPro Technology.

We have developed several patented system enhancements and ancillary products, including AccuPro Technology and Ultra Lean Metering

Device (ULD), which provide the maximum flexibility and consistency available to the market.

In today’s commercial and industrial cleaning sector, operators are under constant pressure to improve performance and reduce costs, while meeting increasingly stringent safety and environmental standards. These conflicting demands have been the driving force behind Hydro Systems continued innovation, and we believe our units offer a number of benefits to our customers.

GUARANTEED ACCURACY Accurate dilution is a crucial factor in optimising cleaning efficiency. If chemical concentration is too high, it leads to wastage. If it is too low, high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are impossible to maintain. Our venturi technology is used to mix chemicals with water. The amount of chemical introduced is regulated by interchangeable metering tips that restrict chemical flow into the water stream, giving accurate dosing each time, without the need for external electricity, batteries, pumps, or air pressure.

SAFE AND USER FRIENDLY Our venturis are directly connected to the water supply, with built-in selector valves that allow multiple chemicals to be dispensed, at different flow rates, from the same unit. This means less operator time is required. Operator safety is also enhanced, because they will rarely come into contact with the concentrate and the chance of spillage is also eliminated.

IMPROVED ROI Automatic chemical dispensing systems save operator time, eliminate waste and ensure a consistently high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, regardless of the application. The relative cost of automated systems has also progressively reduced in recent years. Now the most advanced dispensing systems are a viable option for even small users. Even a relatively modest investment in an automatic chemical dispensing system will bring users a greater return on investment, while leading to better overall cleaning performance and improved overall efficiency.
