such as reception desks, as well as marble, granite and porous stone surfaces. Using specialist cleaning methods is essential for the upkeep and safety of the property.
Mike Darmanin, Operations Director at Principle, said: “The style of cleaning and the timing of when to carry out the work is imperative. We love our occupiers to see how hard our team works but we do so without causing a disturbance. The team has continued to excel at this and, at the same time, created relationships with occupiers, residents and visitors.”
This view is supported by Chris Buckle, Savills Estate and Retail Manager. He added: “The TVC cleaning team is innovative, hardworking and dedicated to the property. The service provided is tailored – from placemaking to cleaning and far above and beyond what you would expect from a cleaning company. This is exemplified by their management team’s passion and positive attitude, which pervades through their day-to-day work.”
The team’s commitment also extends to a number of large-scale TVC community events, launched during the Summer. The confidence of the team was shown through understanding, clarifying and updating progress on the tasks in hand. For example, during the first week of September there were four events in one week – the busiest week of Summer 2023. The team worked collaboratively to ensure all projects were completed on time and to schedule.
