This month, we are getting ready to head to Clerkenwell Design Week which takes place over three days from 22-24 May, right across the London design district. Celebrating its ninth year, the 2018 edition looks set to be bigger and better
than ever, hosting a range of leading brands and companies in showroom events, exhibitions and special installations. Don’t miss our exciting preview to find out what to expect from some of the top flooring companies who will be showcasing their latest innovations at the event.
And with design in mind, this issue is brimming with some spectacular case studies highlighting the most inspirational flooring from across the industry. Firstly, our
Makeover of the Month features a truly spectacular installation from Karndean who have created a bespoke art deco floor at a luxury wedding venue.
Then, in our hospitality section, we hear some expert advice from Tarkett on how to use flooring design to tell the story of a brand and create an exceptional customer experience.
For our focus on Office & Workplace we visit Woodpecker Flooring’s new headquarters which feature a slide, gym and real wood treehouse, making a
day at work feel like no work at all. Obviously, the natural choice of flooring was Woodpecker’s own ranges, which not only reflect the company’s values but also provide inspiration for customers.
