F. Ball explains how its Ball Rewards loyalty programme is helping flooring contractors earn cashback, access exclusive benefits and win premium prizes through its latest promotional offers.
F. Ball’s Ball Rewards customer loyalty programme is free to join and rewards members with cashback each time they purchase F. Ball products.
In the current promotion, which runs until the end of June, Ball Rewards members can claim triple cashback (7.5%) on purchases of F. Ball’s Stopgap F77 and F78 waterproof surface membranes, Stopgap Fast-track 30 smoothing compound and Styccobond F46 pressure sensitive adhesive. This is in addition to the regular 2.5% cashback on purchases of all other F. Ball products.
Over 10 years since its original launch, the Ball Rewards programme has returned more than £9.5m to flooring contractors and retailers.
Ball Rewards members also gain access to a wide range of exclusive benefits, including advanced previews of new products, the opportunity to enter monthly competitions to win exclusive prizes and access to F. Ball’s e-newsletter, F-Talk.
F. Ball is giving Ball Rewards members the chance to attend The Flooring Show 2026 in style, with the opportunity to win a two-night stay in a luxury hotel.
Winners will also receive a Betty’s Tea Room hamper and a bottle of Lyme Bay English sparkling wine.
