J2 Flooring Ltd has announced the acquisition of VAR Technology Ltd, a specialist in the precision cutting and customisation of LVT products.
This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in J2 Flooring’s long-term growth plan and underlines its commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality flooring solutions to customers across the UK and international markets.
As part of the acquisition agreement, Shaun Baston, the founder and technical visionary behind VAR Technology Ltd, has joined the J2 Flooring board as a director and shareholder. Shaun brings with him an outstanding track record of pioneering advanced LVT cutting techniques that allow for greater design freedom and efficient customisation. His deep knowledge of the industry, combined with a creative approach to flooring design, is expected to play a pivotal role in driving J2 Flooring’s innovation strategy moving forward.
