WHAT’S NEW: FLANDERS FLOORING DAYS WHAT’S NEW
THE MODULEO VILLA MAKES ITSELF HOME
Stepping into an extraordinary life-size villa with each room another step into the innovation and creativity that goes into every Moduleo floor, visitors at Flanders Flooring Days discovered how the brand is making it easier to bring beautiful flooring to homes.
Entering into a bedroom undergoing renovation, they discovered how LayRed’s integrated pad and Uniclic installation, as well as new matching length accessories, make it easier to install in rooms. Among the room’s headline acts was the introduction to a new click-fit skirting system. They are now made from the same material as the floor, so homeowner can enjoy the same colour, texture and performance throughout their installation. Then, moving onto the bathroom, they experienced just how scratch- resistant and waterproof this floor is, and thought inside the box about how LayRed cuts down on impact sound.
In the kitchen, LayRed’s new designs were the talk of the town. Bold terrazzo, beautiful wood and expressive stone; these new designs are forward-thinking, unique and completely Moduleo. The perfect way to bring the 100% waterproof LayRed into today’s homes. Stepping into the sunken lounge gave a chance to reflect on what had come before and what the future holds with the preview of LayRed’s refreshed marketing materials.
A journey through the Recover garden treading on LayRed stepping stones among recycled PVC granules told how the brand’s path to circularity is taking shape. The final destination, the home fitness studio with creative Moduleo Moods patterns showed how the floor-to-floor future is getting nearer. QUICK-STEP IMMERSED VISITORS IN INNOVATION AT FLANDERS
Renowned for its passion for design and innovation that has seen it at the forefront of the industry for more than 30 years, Quick-Step used Flanders Flooring Days as a chance to immerse visitors in the story behind its latest leading-edge floors. Stepping into its Wielsbeke headquarters, visitors were immersed into a multi-sensory encounter showcasing the brand’s most recent industry-defining developments.
Walking through the Quick-Step experience, visitors gathered knowledge on two major product developments: the new Impressive collection from the laminate range and the next generation of flooring, Lumic, the result of a 10-year development journey to create the perfect floor that will be launched in 2026.
Quick-Step’s Impressive collection has been a mainstay in its laminate category floors for over a decade, when it was introduced as the world’s first and only 100% waterproof laminate floor. In 2025, Impressive is being extensively refreshed through a duo of new wood surface structures inspired by two of the world’s hottest interior design trends, minimalism and thoughtful maximalism.
These new structures reflect the essence of these trends: refined, subtle elegance that echoes a minimalist approach and a rougher and expressive texture that’s bold and courageous. Both are available in colours that complement the trends that inspire them and are joined by a selection of the collection’s retained best-selling décors. Each new look also carries 20 different planks for less repeat that gives a more natural effect.

Alongside these new colours, visitors were also treated to the only 100% waterproof and creak-free laminate herringbone for the very first time in Impressive Design. Using Unizip for a single plank that’s easier and less complicated to install, the new collection retains all the detail and quality of Impressive. Sharing similar colours, it can also be used alongside standard planks to add refinement and an elevated design in rooms. Quick-Step has made an extraordinary 56 planks available in each colour to ensure that Impressive Design stands out as a laminate herringbone floor that looks just like real wood.

floors and a better way to reclaim and recycle them at the end of their life.
Laurence Dupas, brand manager for Moduleo, said: “Flanders Flooring Days lets us build connections with Moduleo in experiential ways that are surprising, intriguing and exciting. This year, our villa presents a home in renovation and how our design floors can not only create a beautiful home, but one that’s also easier to achieve, easier to live with and that has the potential for a more sustainable future.”
