Twin Herringbone by Junckers ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Junckers’ latest parquet floor is called Twin Herringbone. An updated version of a much-loved classic made with Junckers’ trademark commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Twin Herringbone is delivered pre-finished, ready to walk on as soon as it is installed. With a hardwearing, factory-finished oiled or lacquered surface already applied, Twin Herringbone has the considerable advantage of saving on costly and time-consuming installation work as the floor does not have to be sanded, filled and treated on site. A pre-finished wooden floor is far superior in terms of durability with optimal wear resistance and a uniform appearance.
Made from Junckers’ classic two-stave flooring, each board consists of two rows of staves: one full-length and one with two half-length staves, Twin Herringbone has an authentic pattern and elegant look at a very good price point. Compared to a traditional parquet floor, savings of up to 35% on the cost of the flooring and up to 50% less for installation can be made.
Available in solid Beech, Oak and Black Oak in a choice of Ultramatt or Silkmatt lacquer or oil, as well as a large selection of colours. Each stave measures 129mm wide x 516.6mm long x 14 or 22mm thick. Twin Herringbone is deal for use in all rooms of the house except bathrooms and can be used with all major underfloor heating systems. A Twin Herringbone floor feels warm and solid underfoot and is free from gaps or crevices.
