Modular ONE sets new standards in the field of healthy living and plasticiser-free flooring. The resilient floorcovering is suitable for use in kitchens or bathrooms due to its specially adapted special core board and the lacquered four-sided bevel. The floor, which is suitable for underfloor heating, is particularly warm underfoot thanks to its resilient surface and its cork back. It perfectly smooths out slight uneven surfaces like existing tiles – the solution for any renovation needs.
Launched in 2021, Modular ONE Hydron is a further development of the design floor is characterised by its water resistance as a floor for really every room. It is a special challenge for floors to withstand the influence of water. Modular ONE Hydron takes on this challenge and also stands out with its many authentic and progressive designs. It is hardwearing, easy to maintain and healthy to live with.

Modular ONE only uses certified raw materials for the ecological production of this healthy living product. The production is free of plasticisers. For the decor layer Parador uses polypropylene, a healthy living material without plasticisers, which is also used in toys, health- related items and food packaging among other things. The carrier material of the Modular ONE flooring is a special core board, which is specially adapted for wet rooms. It gives the floor a flexible strength and, thanks to its special coating, guarantees that the flooring is water resistant for up to four hours in the case of standing water. A very special advantage of Modular ONE is the excellent footfall and walking sound insulation thanks to the natural substance cork on the reverse side, which helps to create optimal room acoustics.
