M500 MICRO-MISTby Prochem Europe
A mobile solution for quickly disinfecting facilities and public areas has been launched to market by Prochem Europe.
The M500 Micro-Mist is a purpose-designed professional disinfecting system in a compact package for fast application of disinfecting solutions in a fine, ‘non-drift’ mist to interior floors, carpets, upholstery and multiple types of surfaces and touchpoints.
The machine was developed exclusively for use with Prochem’s D500 Microsan and B125 Clensan solutions, which are both approved to EN14476 standards, as well as by the WoolSafe Organisation, for use on wool carpets and rugs. The Micro-Mist features a 70-micron misting gun attached to a 7.6m industrial solution hose fitted with brass quick connects, which at 37” in length allow the gun extended reach to high and low areas.
Durable, with a lightweight, compact body, the machine has a top-mounted caddy tray, misting gun holster, large rear wheels and a folding handle for easy transport.
Its 250-psi pump offers optimal rate of solution dispensing for maximum productivity while a 15L solution tank provides for larger coverage, reducing solution refill downtime. With additional hose length, the operator can extend the reach to over 30m away from the unit.
The onboard tool caddy system simplifies transporting the Micro- Mist to job locations with all tools and solution necessary to complete the surface disinfecting job in one trip.
The Micro-Mist has already proven itself in schools, cinemas, care homes, supermarkets an even football stadiums.
Prochem is currently launching the Micro-Mist as a special package including four 5L D500 Microsan, two 5L B125 Clensan, one LH4301 Comfort mask and one pair of blue nitrile gloves supplied with each machine.
