LionsBot are the UK’s most innovative Autonomous scrubbers, truly innovative robots unlike anything else we have seen.
Each of the LionBot robots are a cleaning specialist, yet all are charged with the same purpose: ease human-intensive tasks with efficient technologies. Using robots as a service enables one member of staff to be in charge of multiple machines, maximising productivity and optimising cleaning efficiency, allowing increased cleaning frequency of those all-important touchpoints and hotspots.
Each robot runs on LionsOS, which works with the LionsClean app, meaning that the operator is free from constant maintenance concerns as the cloud infrastructure allows the robot to receive important updates and live calibration updates to maximise performance in any facility. The system provides full usage and productivity statistics, live task and status updates and also includes 24/7 support.
This intuitive system allows major mapping and cleaning zone alterations for larger deployments to be carried out within minutes, without the need to spend extensive time remapping and tying up valuable skilled labour.
Designed to help the cleaning force, LionsBot are also designed to be eco-friendly and safe for the environment. Water-saving technology means they use up to 70% less water than other robots whilst still achieving the same high cleaning standards, usually without harsh chemicals, reducing carbon footprint and single use plastics. With active dry-tec they also leave floors much drier than current methods, reducing slip and trip risk.
When deployed they draw crowds of people, and are a massive success both for cleaning effectiveness and client interaction, thanks to their included personality humanising them. The mapping process is both fast and extremely accurate, allowing the operator to map a whole facility in one go without the need to use QR codes or reflective tape. This level of accuracy provides high productivity and consistent results.
