STEAM-E GUM REMOVER Steam-e
Tackling the growing problem of gum litter in public spaces such as transport, hotels, restaurants and shopping centres, the Steam-e Gum Remover is efficient and effective, removing gum for less than 1p per piece. With its unique design (patent pending), the Gum Remover heats up and is ready for use in just 10 seconds, beating market leading traditional steam cleaning machines by over 14 minutes, reducing cleaning time and increasing staff productivity.
How does it work? A combination of water and environmentally friendly detergent (based on sugar-beet) is pulsed from the fluid reservoir into the lance. The fluid passes into the header housing at the end of the lance where it is heated rapidly, turning it into a vapour and water mixture. The vapour raises the temperature of the gum, breaking down the bonds in the gum and turning it into a foam which can simply be brushed away. The Steam-e Gum Remover can also be used to remove stickers from surfaces and floors.
The Steam-e Gum Remover is cord free for the ultimate in convenience. Running on a lithium ion battery, it can be fully charged in four hours to give three hours of continual usage and can remove up to 2,000 pieces of gum. For heavy usage, additional batteries are available and changing the battery takes seconds.
Robustly manufactured for daily use, the Steam-e Gum Remover weighs less than 12kg and contains a large internal reservoir which holds enough liquid for up to six hours of operation.
