SC6000 RIDE-ON SCRUBBER
DRYER Nilfisk
The SC6000 is a next generation, battery operated scrubber dryer designed for large indoor areas. Total cost of ownership was key to product development, enabling high speed scrubbing and drying with ultra-low levels of water, detergent and power.
The robust SC6000 is available in three battery operated versions: 86 and 105cm dual discs decks, or 91cm dual cylindrical brush deck. With a solution and recovery tank of 190l and with limited use of water and detergent, the requirement for dump and refills is much reduced. Productivity is therefore excellent, providing for further savings on labour costs.
The unit features the SmartFlow function, which is integrated into the steering wheel and automatically adjusts the solution flow according to the travel speed of the machine. Water flow is also reduced at the deck, preventing splashing during turns. Additional savings can be made to water, detergent and power if the client opts for the Ecoflex chemical dosing system.
The SC6000 includes an embedded diagnostic system and features easy and fast access for service and maintenance. Tools are not required for most operations including changing the squeegee and replacing scrubbing brushes. The ‘No-Tools’ feature provides further time efficiency and minimises downtime.
The innovative SC6000 also features SmartKey, this facility allows for two different levels of key access, a super user and user keys.
