To celebrate 40 years of trading, Morclean has launched the all new Custom 40 BinWash Machine.
The Custom 40 still has all of the fantastic features our best seller does and still utilises the heavy duty galvanised trailer and our unique impregnated silver filter, which inhibits the growth of bacteria in the main water tanks. However, the Custom 40 boasts two brand new stages to its water filtration system, giving the Custom 40 eight stages, two more than our best-selling Custom Plus!
We have first added an Aeration Nozzle to the machine, which improves the water quality and reduces bacteria. The nozzle brings water and air into close contact in order to remove dissolved gases such as Carbon Dioxide. We inject air into the water as well as surface aeration when the machine is idling, meaning no extra energy is required yet the water quality is still being improved.
The second stage to be added is the self-cleaning filter. The filter has a simple one step valve to clean and can be cleaned at the roadside. This also saves time on maintenance, minimising possible down time and potential loss of earnings. The filter bowl is visible to see, which allows ease of checking the water quality whilst on the job.

Vital Information is provided through Deb’s unique electronic monitoring system, the only system capable of measuring hand hygiene compliance against the WHO’s ‘Five Moments’. This offers healthcare institutions the ability to capture 100% of hand hygiene events, and accurately track compliance rates across their facilities.
The DebMed programme also includes a dedicated education and training platform that enables healthcare institutions to makes sure the Highest Standards of Behaviour are in place at all times. This encompasses a training toolbox designed to change behaviour by educating staff about best practice in how, why and when to engage in hand hygiene.
