WSMA Festivals District and Concert Festivals
The Festival App will be utilized for both Solo & Ensemble and Concert Festival registration and is available by clicking on “2022–2023 District Solo & Ensemble Festival” or “2022–2023 Concert Festivals” under Events in the Account Portal at wsma.

Clinic Experience Registration
Clinic experience registration can be accessed by clicking on “2022–2023 Concert Festivals” under Events in the Account Portal at
wsma.users.membersuite.com/home. Clinic experience registrations and supporting documentation (one page of written comments per ensemble) should be submitted immediately fol- lowing the event.
Festival Manager Information
Four festival manager workshops were held virtually this fall. Fes- tival Management Committee member Ryan Petersen (Deerfield High School) assisted in the presentations given in Green Bay and Waunakee. An additional virtual Solo & Ensemble Festival Man- ager Workshop is offered on Saturday, January 14. Registration is available under “Events” in the Account Portal at
wsma.users.

Important festival manager materials are available on the WSMA website at
https://wsmamusic.org/festivals/festival-manager- resources/. The festival manager software has been updated along with video tutorials. Communication templates, publicity materials and the festival manager workshop presentations are also available.
