New line will enable Kochavinska mill to make premium tissue products

A complete OCC line has been ordered from Andritz by United Paper in Thailand for its mill at Prachinburi. The line will have a design


South Korean tissue manufacturer Mirae Paper has ordered a TT SYD Yankee dryer from Toscotec. The steel Yankee dryer will replace


the existing cast-iron cylinder on the PM2 line at Mirae’s Jeonju paper mill, and is a repeat order for a TT SYD installed on the PM3 line in 2013. Start-up is scheduled for the second half of 2022. The third-generation TT SYD is said to benefit from an ideal ratio of the weight, width and pitch of the internal ribs and the optimisation of the shell thickness. Yeong Rok Lee, Mirae Paper’s
