nprecedented times call for thinking outside of the box except, for SPATEX, that should


read inside the box. The industry’s annual exhibition is, for 2021, coming to you via your laptop, computer and tablet. When the virtual curtain is lifted on


SPATEX Virtual from Tuesday February 2nd to 4th, the visitor will be greeted with an exciting, unique experience which bears some astonishing similarities to the live event. “SPATEX is firmly established as an


integral part of the industry’s calendar and, in the current climate, rather than postponing for another year, we took the bold move to launch a virtual event,” explains SPATEX Virtual Organiser, Michele Bridle. “We are naturally sorry that we are unable to hold the live event, that we all know and love, but what we have created in its place, is a special and unique platform that brings water leisure to you.


INDUSTRY MAGNET


Michele adds: “SPATEX has, in its 25-year history, acted as a magnet for uniting the industry each year, so it was imperative to find a virtual

platform to replicate, as far as possible, the ‘live’ experience and in vFairs, the leading international virtual expo provider, we found the very best. “We are delighted with the support and enthusiasm we have received for the concept. The virtual show has opened up new avenues of interest from some companies that haven’t previously exhibited including those that were unable to travel. Not only exhibitors - it also has the potential to attract a global audience. “It gives exhibiting companies a


host of new benefits, such as in- depth analytics that offer in-built


tracking and attendee profiles to provide a more detailed look into what their target audience is looking for. Exhibitors to the SPATEX live event traditionally receive an independently audited attendance report but with SPATEX Virtual, they will collect hard numbers on which attendees
