The pres- ident shall have the right to ap- point the secretary if no one is voted to this position or absent. c) Directors’ meetings, called by the president, shall be held where the president says, using the discretion considering travel problems. The president votes on matters where a tie occurs. d) A quorum of any meeting of members shall consist of at least 12 individuals. A quorum of any meeting of directors, ac- cording to the Roberts Rule of Order, is half of the elected di- rectors. e) The president or a represen- tative of the association or his/her delegate shall attend any
