BOVEY Tracey Cricket Club is one of the leading cricket clubs in Devon. Currently, we have four
senior teams who play on Saturdays. All four Saturday XIs play in their respective divisions in the Devon Cricket League. The 1st XI play in the Premier Division. The 2nd XI is now the highest
placed 2nd XI in Devon cricket and competes against other clubs’ 1st XIs. Our 3rd XI play their home matches at Stokeinteignhead Cricket Club and our 4th XI play their home matches at nearby Buckfastleigh Cricket Club. We have a ladies/girls
section that represents the Club in the Devon Ladies League. Additionally, we have a
thriving junior section with more than 100 junior members registered. We have 11 junior teams who compete at the different age levels in the local South Devon Youth League. The club has fixtures on most days or evenings throughout the summer. On occasions the ground is
used by Devon County Cricket Club to host some of their matches at all age levels. Other representative matches are also staged on the ground. We are open from April to
September On match days, teas and
refreshments are available from the pavilion.
Club Statement Bovey Tracey Cricket Club aims to provide the best playing facilities and standards of cricket to all members and to be the leading cricket club in the region. Through a structured coaching and development programme the club will promote its youth through to the highest levels possible, playing at all times with a competitive but fair approach. Off the field the clubhouse will be a welcoming environment for families and new members, encouraging them to join and share in the success of the club. The pavilion is available for
hire when not required for cricket matches and during the winter months. Bar and catering facilities are available for seminars, meetings and parties (not teenage parties). Details can be obtained from
