In 2017, Michael took on a District Manager position in the Sales Department covering Indiana and Kentucky, and in later years, the East Coast from Virginia up to New York City. As a District Manager, his work took him to all types and sizes of melt shops, including steel mills, foundries, shot makers, recycling operations, precious metal refiners and other scrap reclaiming operations. Michael also called on companies that used induction heating equipment in their process. Michael is a First Vice Chairman in the Northern Indiana American Foundry Society (AFS) Chapter.
