Rowlett HFC Sponsorship


Earlier this year, the Rowlett Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) provided a $1,000 sponsorship for the Veterans Resource & Outreach Center.


Rick Sheffield, the HFC's Executive Director said, "We at the Rowlett Housing Finance Corporation are excited about our sponsorship of the VROC for 2020! We are aligned with VROC in our mission to provide safe, affordable housing as a foundation for a meaningful life. We are still focused on developing plans for a community with homes set aside for our honored veterans and this sponsorship affirms our dedication to meeting that mission."


"On behalf of the Life Message Veterans Resource & Outreach Center, I want to thank the HFC Board and members for your generous contribution of $1,000 to help the veterans we serve" said Chris Bunkoff, VROC's Director of Programs and Services.


Chris added, "Today, more and more veterans are finding themselves in challenging fi- nancial situations due to the high costs of home ownership and rising health care costs while on limited incomes and VA Benefits. Our goal is 2020 is to find more partners that can support our mission and help us find ways more ways to serve these heroes."
