esign-engineered by Dura Composites Ltd, Ultra Deck Eco 146 is a wood plastic composite (WPC) decking


board that mimics natural wood in appearance and texture, and is produced to be both ecological and economical. This unique composite timber


formula produces a long-lasting deck that is 87% recycled, with a ten-year warranty. It is also easy to install and never needs painting. Of particular relevance is the fact that this innovative formula and manufacturing process results in some of the lowest water absorption rates in the industry, thus minimising the risk of over- expansion. surface fixing systems, no screws or nails need to be used through the decking surface. The result is a deck without screw or nail heads


that can work loose on the surface. The danger of injury when walking barefoot is therefore eliminated. The company also offers Ultra Deck Eco 295, which is designed to have the appearance of a narrow decking board, but is twice the width to provide extra strength and allow for a wider span up to 600 mm for both marine and


commercial applications. It features the same surface design as the Eco 146, allowing both models to be used within the same projects for maximum flexibility. The double width board can allow fitting to be completed in half the time, thus saving on both labour and cost. Ultra Deck Eco decking boards


are available in Teak, Stone and Charcoal and can be reversed for laying with either grooves or a woodgrain surface under foot.
