HAYLEY SPREADS HER WINGS AT SILVERSTONE

One of the country’s most iconic venues has appointed a new head of sales for meetings and events. Hayley Smith joined The Silverstone Wing event

venue, set in the heart of Silverstone’s Grand Prix circuit, at the end of 2019. She has a solid background of working with large

meetings and exhibition spaces having previously worked at a premiership football club and world famous London Region racecourses. Hayley said: “We’re best known for our Formula 1®

British Grand Prix, but we also cater for large conferences and exhibitions as well as meetings, training, product launches and gala dinners; the options are endless. “Our memorable venue combines the glamour and

heritage of the Home of British Motor Racing, with stunning design and state of the art technology. The Silverstone Wing offers the latest in conference and event space with the flexibility of five large halls and a selection of smaller meeting rooms for 10 to 600

people, plus 40 Pit Garages ideal for exhibitions and themed dinners. “With over 600 acres and four circuits we

can enhance event packages to include driving experiences and team building activities. “The newly built Hilton Garden Inn also

NEW NAME, SAME CORE VALUES

After 15 years of helping customers streamline their recruitment processes, EasyWeb Group has announced their rebrand to hireful. This milestone is a major move for the

company on its mission to help ‘everyday organisations’ compete with the top brands for talent. “When the company was founded, it was all

about the ‘world wide web’ and the opportunities this presented for recruiters with limited time and budgets. Much has changed over the last 15 years and we have moved with these changes, but felt our brand had gotten somewhat left behind,” said co-founder Adrian McDonagh. CEO Sean Maher added: “Our new brand is

fresh, modern, and really reflects both our company culture and offering in 2020.” The company’s core services will not change,

as they continue to provide Applicant Tracking Software and talent attraction solutions. They will also continue to run free training events, online and across the UK with new and improved content. In line with the new brand, hireful will work

hard to help time strapped recruiters and HR professionals in as many ways as they can. This includes free advice, tools

and articles on their website, help creating great content for their careers page, and the UK’s first recruitment conference exclusively for oraganisations with under 1000 staff: SUB1000. Launched digitally on 17 February, the company followed this by revealing the new

brand at the In-House Recruitment Expo at London Olympia, on 18 and 19 February.
