When I read the letter, my mind went to the instruction that the Apostle Paul gave Timothy in II Timothy 2:2:
“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit
thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
WME HAS LEARNED THAT A KEY TO SUCCESSFUL MISSIONS WORK IS FINDING FAITHFUL MEN AND WOMEN IN EACH COUNTRY WHERE YOU ARE WORKING.

Notice that Paul did not tell Timothy to find capable men and hope they would be faithful — It doesn’t work that way. Knowledge can be learned and is a head matter, but faithfulness is from the Lord and is a heart matter. And once you find him or her, a faithful native evangelist knows the language
