ith our unpredictable and often extreme weather conditions here in the UK, it makes sense to be fully prepared and ensure that you have enough forage in
stock for your horse. A sudden deluge of rain could make turnout unpractical resulting in extra forage being fed in the stable and prolonged cold weather could mean horses are seeking to eat more forage than usual. This is fine - if you are prepared for it! Here at Devon Haylage we can help! Our superb quality haylage can be delivered by the pallet of 35 bales anywhere in the country, from less than £240 including delivery. This takes the hassle out of sourcing hay or haylage as and when you need it, particularly when road conditions may make travelling difficult. A pallet delivery also ensures your horse has a regular supply of haylage which is consistent in quality and nutrition – no more sudden change in quality when bales are sourced on an individual basis. Furthermore, if your hay needs to be soaked to reduce dust or sugar levels, a pallet of Devon Haylage delivered direct to your stable could be a blessing; no more freezing water to cope with! Our four types of haylage mean we have something suitable for any equine and providing the horse has adequate movement, it is suitable to be fed on a free choice basis due the high dry matter content and superb fibre levels.
