nna Maria, Florida-based Galati Yacht Sales (GYS) recently increased its yard lifting capacity to 187,000


lb with the installation of a new 85 BFMII mobile boat hoist from Marine Travelift. This unit is the fourth Marine Travelift machine to be installed on site at this location and replaces an older 75 BFM machine that had a lifting capacity of 165,000 lb. The additional lift capacity is necessary as customers’ demands for larger boats continue to grow and Galati Yacht Sales can now easily haul and handle vessels up to 82 ft. This Galati location is one of 11 operated throughout the Gulf Coast region by the company, which specialises in new and brokerage luxury yacht sales and service. A family-owned and operated business – one of only five dealers to be inducted into Boating Industry’s Hall of Fame – it has
