“But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind: And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.” – Luke 14:13-14


It might only be October, but the Christmas season is just around the corner. So we at WME must focus on the holidays now to reach those who otherwise would not be able to celebrate this Christmas without the help of people like you and me.


The WME Christmas Project is about so much more than giving presents. It is about bringing value to those who believe no one cares and who feel like they have been forgotten, put aside or lost.


WME is working with women’s shelters caring for individuals and single mothers with children. The goal is to restore hope to these women and eventually give them a fresh start. They need basic items like toiletries, cutlery, pots, pans, towels, bedding and pantry items. Baby products like diapers, wipes and bottles are in demand for infants and toddlers.


There are homeless men and women living on the streets who need help to make it through the winter. They need items like coats, gloves, blankets, shoes, warm meals and toiletries.
