Made For Drink (stand 4570 Discovery Zone) create snacks inspired by drinking cultures around the world, including its award winning Duck Fritons, intensely delicious with a glass of IPA. Also discover Speyside Smokehouse (stand 4561n Discovery Zone) and its handcrafted Salmon Jerky, slow cooked and smoked over beech wood on the banks of the River Spey in the Scottish Highlands.
Step up the Flavour The diverse ‘Savour the Flavour’ theatre will provide menu inspiration through a series of live cookery
demonstrations hosted by chef consultant and Speciality Icon, Steve Walpole. Many of the sessions will focus on the latest food trends, and Steve will be sourcing product innovations from the Fair to include in his show-stopping creations.
Fascinating Insight The Food for Thought speaker programme is set to bring together a line-up of notable entrepreneurs and industry experts to share their experiences, advice and predictions for the sector. This year’s topics include the value of running a mission-driven enterprise; fermentation, personalisation and ‘bio-hacking.’
