Morwellham — a great day out for the whole family


DISCOVER this lost world and step back in time at Morwellham Quay. We now have many hands-on activities where visitors can make a chocolate lolly or bake their own bread roll, ride the mine train deep underground, be taught in a Victorian school and dress up as Victorians, try panning for gold or rock breaking to find copper, help turn a rope or visit the pottery, brewery and forge. There is so much to do for visitors of all ages before relaxing in the 300-year-old Ship Inn, where refreshments are served all day. Enjoy our ‘special events’ too.
