Crime reportWhile the crime levelwas down there had been an increase in fly- tipping. The flat-back vehicle seen visiting farms had been investigated by the police who concluded that the occupants owned a fish farmandwere looking for extra ponds. There had been a theft froman outbuilding in Stan Lane. Roads The traffic calming gate had now been erected correctly. Speedwas still an issue and therewere a number of photographs showing horse riders in Mereworth Road, in support of a request for a speed limit in the village. Footpaths Some of the stilesweremissing and generalmaintenance of the footpaths was poor. The detailswould be passed to Cllr Spensley to action. Conifers Cllr Talbu�mentioned that the conifers in some gardenswere pushing into the churchyardwall andwere overhanging the pavement. CllrWright would speak to the relevant residents. Welcome pack Cllr Freedwould ensure that the newresidents at Clements Co�age received their pack. Jubilee bench The replacement of the benchwas to be carried out as soon as weather permi�ed. Defibrillator Thiswas beingmonitored weekly by Cllrs Yearsley and Talbu�. Security cameras Cllr Talbu�was obtaining information regarding numbers, cost and position.

a Honda CR-V parked in Church Road, Offham. Parcelswere stolen froma delivery van
which had been left unattended in Carnation Crescent, EastMalling.
