anice Webber, LPN and former nurse for Hartford Health Care at Home has been running her licensed permanent makeup clinic in a private offi ce located at 435 Buckland Road for a decade. She has worked with many clients that have experienced hair loss. As a nurse, she understands the challenges these women often face. “Forty-six million American women are experiencing hair loss, and these numbers keep going up”, stated Janice.
