I have even struggled with food intolerances and whined about giving up certain foods (or downright refused to listen to what my body was saying). In short, I understand. This drives me to help others determine how they can make positive, permanent change in their own health.


The good news is that with a little knowledge and guidance


you too can find what works best for your unique body in order to reach your health and weight goals. For any detox and/or weight loss program to work, you must know:
