We are the best of Pinellas County; an all- Pinellas County fair organized solely by vol- unteers to benefit and promote our county's youth, agriculture, horticulture and commu- nity resources in one amazing annual event! We are governed by a Board of Directors who live and/or work in Pinellas County. The Greater Pinellas Country Fair Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization, and we're proud to be the only fair in Pinel- las County chartered by the Florida Depart- ment of Agriculture. Our Urban Agriculture exhibits will highlight Pinellas County's agri- cultural heritage, and create new cultural traditions. We will develop and nurture the friendly competition of county youth groups such as 4H, FFA, and school and communi- ty clubs. We will provide a forum for resi- dents of Pinellas County to showcase their livestock and crops, including backyard chicken coops, rabbits, honeybees, goats, horses and more, as well as container, or- ganic, community and vertical gardens. A variety of events are scheduled for the 5th Annual Greater Pinellas Country Fair, and will include continual entertainment on stage; a midway carnival; family shows; tasty fair food, and more! In addition, there will be many other competitions and dis- plays that include entries from Pinellas County students and adults alike. Catego- ries such as baking, canning, photography, agriculture, horticulture, and more! The 5th Annual Greater Pinellas Country Fair is all about good, wholesome family fun, great entertainment, friendly competitions, com- munity pride, and educational experiences for the whole family!
