Call us at 855-624-6463 with any questions or go to
HealthOptions.org to review our individual/family plans. If you are eligible for tax credits and cost sharing, our site will redirect you to the Market- place where you can continue to select a Community Health Options plan that is available on the Marketplace.
Organizations and businesses can also
shop for our competitively priced small and large group plans at
HealthOptions.org. If your organization is ready to shop for new health plans as your annual renewal date approaches or is considering offering group insurance for the first time, our Business Development team (207-402-3353) wel- comes your inquiries.
Community Health Options has
many unique features including a Mem- ber Services team in our local Lewiston office to support our Members’ questions and a broad statewide network of doc- tors, providers and centers of excellence in Eastern Massachusetts including Chil- dren’s Hospital, Dana Farber, Brigham and Women’s, Mass General, and a number of the hospitals in the Partners Network.
Our Members can save on their prescriptions through mail order delivery and by using the Rx Savings Solutions tool, which lets them compare costs at area
pharmacies. They can also learn if there is a less expensive generic alternative for their prescription.
Navigating the healthcare system can be confusing. Our extraordinary Care Management Team offers a high-touch approach to care management by provid- ing an extra level of support at no cost to the Member. Care Managers are available to answer general or complex medical questions, and to help Members navigate confusing processes, such as obtaining medical equipment for the home or order- ing specialty medications. They can also help Members who may have experienced a critical event or diagnosis that requires extensive use of health services or resources.
Members can attend Member educa- tion sessions online or in-person each spring to learn how to get the most from the health plan, and about preventive ser- vices available at no cost, prescription ben- efits and programs, getting the right care at the right time, and becoming an advocate for their own health and well-being.
