INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat oven to 220C

2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a big bowl: Flour, Baking Powder & Salt. Mix all wet ingredients together: Veg Oil, Milk & Eggs

3. In a separate bowl mix all pizza ingredients: pizza topping, grated cheese, dried oregano, black pepper and fresh basil. Then roughly mix the wet and pizza ingredients in with the dry ingredients. Do not over mix the Ingredients. Muffin mix is supposed to be lumpy and goopy. It should fall off the spoon in globs. Once mixed spoon into muffin cases, fill fairly high up the cases but do make sure you have enough muffin mix for 12.

4. Spread some Pizza topping on the top of each muffin, then place some chopped pepperoni and cheddar on the top.

5. Bake for 30 mins on top shelf.
