BBC MUSIC INTRODUCING LIVE 18
For over a decade we have been championing new music in Norfolk, playing thousands of tracks by hundreds of acts. We also have the ability with the click of a button to send the best of the music being made in Norfolk to other parts of the BBC. From Radio 1, 1Xtra, Radio 3, 6 Music, the Asian Network…the list goes on. We can also put local acts forward for some of the biggest stages in world music – from UK Festivals such as Reading and Leeds to international ones like SXSW in Texas. All this is possible because of the way our local show links up with the national BBC via the BBC Uploader.

we are always happy to listen to what you make – and play it if we can. We may only have a small part to play in anyone’s musical journey, but we are happy to be the first people to listen to your music, the first people to give you a radio interview – or the first people to write up an article about you in Outline.

If you are a musician, someone interested in knowing more about the industry itself, perhaps thinking about a career in music, there is so much going on to help you. It’s on from the 8th to the 10th November at London’s Tobacco Dock –

On behalf of BBC Music Introducing in Norfolk we would love to wish all at Outline Big congrats for getting to 200! It’s an amazing mag put together with love and dedication. The people who work for Outline – either as employees or volunteers are all class acts, doing so much for the local music and arts scene and just producing a great read every edition!
