THE Band of the Royal British Legion, Leiston, is pleased to share that collections made at their performance on the Moot Hall Green in Aldeburgh on Sunday 20th May raised a total of £333.46. Thank you to all who donated. Although the Band is licensed

Aldeburgh Lifeboats News


THE Aldeburgh and District Life- boat Guild held a Golf Day on June 25th at Thorpeness Golf Club. Nine teams contested the event and raised over £1,700 for the RNLI. A big thank you to the participants, sponsors, donors, helpers and Thorpeness Golf Club for hosting us. It was an enjoyable day with great weather and an excellent result. will be held at the Lifeboat shed and along Crag Path. This year the Fair will be held in conjunction with the Lifeboats Open Day (open day until 5pm). So it will be a fun day for the community and visitors alike. Don’t forget to come and see the Lifeboats launched on the morning of Car- nival Day, August 20th. If you would like to contribute,
