Teir program produces three to four foals a year, coming from mares with strong performance dam lines and with traits that are crucial to produce future top show jumping horses.

both grew up in a small Danish village and met each other at the local riding club where they rode and competed in show jumping. Teir farm is the culmination of their life- time passion for show jumping horses.

Competing Against the Best Te DWB (Danish Warmblood Society) studbook is wide- ly known for producing top dressage horses, and taking the modest number of foals born per year into account, Danish Warmbloods have been proclaimed by Dutch experts to be the most successful producers of dressage horses in the world. However, Danish breeders also pro- duce show jumpers. In fact, approximately 25 percent of the 1,600 foals registered with the Danish Warmblood Society every year are bred specifically for show jumping. “We believe

that Denmark over the last ten years has improved dra- matically in regards to pro- ducing top show jumpers, and it certainly made a difference when the studbook changed direction to focus either on dressage or jumping rather than producing all-round horses.

The mare had a beauti- ful filly by the stallion Christian in 2017 and is now ready to be challenged in the show ring. She is one of those mares who needed extra time to mature and to settle down; Charlotte and Brian are confident that she is ready now to be shown to her full potential.
