What festival hair accessories shouldIbe rocking? Usually festivals are all about flowers! Flower hair bands are still themust have accessory for any festival but if you fancy a change fromthe norm try rocking a head scarf. Thiswill be perfect on day 2 or 3when your hair starts looking as dirty as it feels! The head scarf ismaking a huge reappearance this summer and come in some amazing prints. So, stay a step ahead of the game. This will also really helpwhen it rains because of course at aUK festival - it definitelywill!
What celebrity is the ultimate festival style icon? We always think Jameela Jamil gets the festival style bang on trend. She somehowmakes it classy, girly but with that festival
edge.Using a floaty skirt, floppy hat, but tying it inwith those key accessories, feather necklaces, chunky bangles, and even trying a studded beltwill give you that all important rock chick
vibe.Not
forgetting the sunglasses, just in case itmakes an appearance.
I’dlove totry anddoaDutchbraid onmy hair – can youdescribe how I’ddothis? This is a tricky style to try on your own
hair. However, if you canmaster a normal French plait then all you need
to do is a back to front plait. Every piece needs to go under the other rather than over the top like an ordinary plait. This does take a lot of practise and it is important to keep your hands taut, so the plait does not go baggy. There are some great YouTube videos you can watch to self-teach. If all else fails book in to theBeauAmis braid bar wherewe can just do it for you in half the time!
