SENIOR CENTERS

Area senior centers provide various services, including transportation, meals and activ- ities. Participants must be 60 or older, or be the spouse of someone 60 or older who at- tends the center. Under very limited circumstances, services may be provided to some cli- ents who are younger than 60. The programs rely heavily on contributions for meals and transportation services. At some of the centers, funding is allocated based on low-income participants.
