Between them they have three Michelin stars, run numerous restaurants and an internationally renowned food festival. But in just a few weeks, a squad from the hospitality and food industry in the South West will be swapping their chef whites, kitchens and offi ces for trekking gear and the Langtang region of the Himalayas as they take up a fundraising challenge in Nepal for Action Against Hunger. T e group, comprising of


seven from Bristol and one from Bournemouth, will be fl ying to Kathmandu where they will meet up with a team of 12 from the hospitality industry in the North West. T ey will be close to the Tibetan border completing an average of 6–7 hours of trekking per day, reaching altitudes of 4,400m and camping in remote locations for six nights.
