Howes Percival has further expanded its Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) team in Milton Keynes with the appointment of Vicki Howe who joins as a solicitor. Vicki advises on a broad range of contentious and
non-contentious IP/IT matters including trade mark applications, designs, trade mark and copyright infringement and contractual issues. Vicki trained with Howes Percival and has previously spent six months with the IP/IT team as a trainee. Commenting on her appointment, James

representation, the firm works closely with other organisations to offer an innovative and holistic approach towards protecting the brand and intellectual assets of its clients. The team also manages trade mark portfolios, advises on data issues, including GDPR, and recovers domain names for its clients. Recently the firm also became a member of a not-for-profit technology
cluster supporting the growth of the high-tech cluster in and around the Milton Keynes area.
Vicki Howe BOMBINATE IS BEST IN SHOW
A web design company in Milton Keynes has won the Best New Business title at a national awards ceremony. Bombinate Web Design was
presented with the accolade at the SME National Awards final at Wembley Stadium in December. Director Patrick Horan said:

Digital Award Champion 2017 at the first ever web design and digital awards ceremony of the same name which was held in London earlier in the year.

FOR LMD DESIGN Design and marketing agency LMD Design has celebrated its first anniversary. The Milton Keynes-based
creative design agency was launched at the beginning of 2017. LMD Design has a focus on
branding and digital media, working with clients across the area and further afield. They have helped launch new
companies into the market over the last year and the results for both themselves and their clients have been huge. Founder Liam Mitchell-Dolby
