HR Solutions of Kettering, which provides outsourced HR services to small to medium-sized enterprises across the UK, is expanding with the acquisition of HR Services (UK) Limited of Milton Keynes and the opening of an office in the town. The acquisition will see the


businesses merge and Elaine Pennell, owner of HR Services (UK) Limited, will move to HR Solutions and become senior HR consultant. Elaine’s clients will also move to HR Solutions. Elaine said: “I was


approached by HR Solutions and quickly realised this would be a great opportunity for both our businesses and my clients. My clients will still have me as their point of contact and access to the same services they’ve always had, but also the option of additional services I could never offer them, such as payroll, recruitment services and the provision of training courses. Also, with a larger team comes fast response times and access to a wealth of HR advisors and

who has a wealth of experience as a news photographer and in the worlds of corporate, sport, education and wedding photography. During the past 12 months she has been at the heart of covering


some of Milton Keynes’ biggest developments, has worked with a wide variety of organisations and has completed numerous assignments for news agencies and national newspapers. Jane said: “The past 12 months have been very


busy – it’s been a very good year. “I’ve done lots of work for local and national charities as well as a host of corporate clients. I’ve also had lots of requests from news agencies which have led to several interesting jobs, such as photographing a lady amputee for a special feature the Daily Mail were doing on amputees following Jonnie Peacock’s appearance on Strictly Come Dancing. “February is normally my quietest


time of the year so if members do need my assistance it’s a good idea to get in touch with me now.” Jane has also been covering Chamber events and producing images for inbusiness magazine, and has worked with a variety of Chamber members, including CMC IT Limited and MK Gallery.
