includes internationally known horse trainer and entertainer Dan James of Double Dan Horseman- ship who will push the limits of horsemanship and entertainment with eye-opening clinics and per- formances during the Evening Extravaganza. Can-Am will be welcoming Extreme Cowboy Racing World Finalist, David Cowley to this year’s line-up, who will be bringing along his experience in extreme cowboy races to educate audiences on how to maneuver horses over, under and through obstacles and will be using his two-way trust horsemanship skills to break a young horse. Olympic Dressage rider, Cindy Ishoy will be sharing her expertise with attendees in the presentation ring all weekend

Dan James of Double Dan Horsemanship will be headlining this year’s show, bringing along his incredibly talented liberty horses combined with comedy acts to entertain the entire audi- ence. For those that have yet to see this equine entertainer, you’re in for a treat and are sure to be smiling and laughing throughout the performance. The Pony & Saddle Club Challenge will showcase young up & coming equestrians as they’re challenged through a number of obstacles and events. The Canadian Cow- girls will also perform during the show, dazzling the audience with their musical performance of pre- cision riding with stunning cos- tumes and dangerous and daring
maneuvers. Along with these great acts the show will also fea- ture a battle of the breeds show- case, trick riding and trick roping and more! This family-fun enter- tainment show will be one to re- member! One of the main features of
the Can-Am Equine Expo is the vendor and tradeshow shopping. Last year’s record breaking atten- dance reflected on tremendous sales for vendors and with an overwhelming response from vendors, over 75% of spots are already booked up for the 2018 show!

is thrilled to announce our newest special featured event, Horsing Around with Heartland’s Cast presented by Horse-Canada. On Sunday April 8 the cast of Heart-
land on CBC will be in atten- dance for a question and answer session with fans. Amber Mar- shall (Amy Fleming), Graham Wardle (Ty Borden), Shaun John- ston (Jack Bartlett) and Alisha Newton (Georgie), will all be in attendance on Sunday April 8 at 4:30pm in the Main Arena. Hors- ing Around with Heartland’s Cast will give fans the opportunity to ask their favourite stars questions and interact with them in a fun
