So you braced yourself at midnight and no doubt declared your New Year resolutions to anyone who would listen. I’m into goal setting now, as resolutions just seem so ‘done’. Each year I set goals that I hope to achieve, from working less hours to making more me time…they’re still work in progress, but I’ve learnt not to berate myself over it, life is what it is and I have a feeling that you’re where you want to be until you’re ready to do something about it, so despite missing the mark of more me time, I have good intentions and I can live with that.
