Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces New Classes


Improve your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and become more relaxed. New classes start in January at locations throughout the Triangle and include a four-month beginner package for new students. No special clothing, equipment, or apti- tude is needed to learn. The practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health conditions. Wednesday, January 3, at 1:30 pm at the Blue Lotus, 401 N West Street, Suite 105; at the Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, 2220 High House Rd, Cary, at 6:30pm; and in Durham at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4907 Garrett Triangle Road, at 11am. On Thursday, January 4, new classes begin in Durham at the Episcopal

Southern Star Ballroom in the Falls Village Shopping Center, 6625-015 Falls of the Neuse Road on Monday, January 8; and at the Unity Church of Raleigh, 5214 Departure Drive, at 6:30 pm.
