Holdings (IFH), which also owns World Health Calgary and Bankers Hall Club. The Spa Lady clubs fit IFH’s mission to enrich people’s lives by inspiring a healthy and active lifestyle. A new era of Spa Lady began.

pa Lady came to life in 1980 when founders Ed and Angie Forrest moved to Alberta from Manitoba with a vision to create something special from two small and dilapidated clubs.
