63 Selworthy Vets - Looking after your pets A

s you may be aware, we are an approved veterinary practice for the Cats Protection Teignbridge and Totnes branch and are

listed on the “KIND” kitten neutering database. This means we are an early neutering practice, which will enable us to try and decrease the number of feral and domestic strays alike, as all catteries and rehoming centres are full to their optimum capacity with unwanted cats and kittens. The Cats Protection vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs. Neutering kittens early means there is less chance of these kittens becoming pregnant and less unwanted kittens in rehoming centres. It also gives older cats a greater chance of finding their forever home.

We will now neuter domestic kittens from 4 months of age and feral kittens from 3 months of age.

In conjunction with Cats Protection, through September and October 2017 we can neuter and microchip your cats for just £10 each. To find out more about this please call the surgery within office hours on 01548 853322.
